The Vaughn Hat is a custom couture hat made-to-order and comes with an email consultation to confirm head size, brim width, crown height, and color choice and to answer any pending questions. Please allow up to 24 hours for Katherine to email you and begin the consult.

The Vaughn is a perfect everyday go-to hat! 

- Made To Order (please allow 4 weeks for production)

- Suede finish 100% rabbit fur felt in Charcoal or Black

. Charcoal is mid-weight

. Black is heavier, stiffer

- Choice of 5 1/4” or 4 1/2" crown (all photos here show a 5 1/4" crown)

- 3 3/4” (wide), 3 1/4" (mid), or 3" (fedora) brim with a raw edge. 

- Rounded crown - you shape it how you like OR choose to have Katherine shape it for you.

- Minimalist and all about the shape (no trim)

- Adjustable band inside to offer a perfect fit

- Handmade by Katherine

- Comes with signature logo keepsake round hat box for storage

When measuring for size, round up for comfort and fit. (ex. you measure a 22 1/4" - choose 22 1/2")
